This is great for pasta. It’s a simple premix you can make in a batch and use a spoonful to boost your sauces.
Keep it in an air tight container and it should last in the fridge for about two weeks!

100g Tomato Puree (essentially half a tube)
1 Tbsp Oregano
1 Tbsp Paprika
1 Tbsp Cumin
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
